Routing, Laser & Programming
Kel-Tech maintains Laser and 3 & 5 Axis
CNC Routing Centers, whose machines are programmed with AUTOCAD,SOLIDWORKS,SURFCAM,COREL,ADOBE
and CADKEY software, and offer precision cutting and tight tolerance
of materials. We handle all requirements from multiple parts for
large production runs to intricate parts for unique jobs. We are
qualified to handle all your production needs.
Kel-Tech is prepared to take your concept
from idea to design and prototype, to finished product utilizing
the most up to date technologies. Consultations determine the procedures
for your product. Once a design has been finalized,we make a 3D
model to show what the end product will look like then we proceed
to fabricate, package and ship to your specifications. We continue
to be interested and involved in all projects even after delivery
and installation.
Prototypes offer an opportunity to visualize
your concept before production. It allows for changes, if needed,
and a consultation to determine appropriate materials. We work with
you in order to produce exactly what you need. 3D Models can be
generated to see what the end product will look like.Then a prototype

Our trained and experienced craftsmen excel in the hot air welding/extrusion

The fabrication department finishes edges
using a diamond polisher. If the size and shape of the material
is not flat edged, the product is finished with flame polishing.
Kel-Tech has many drape forming abilities.
Our oven is able to handle sheets of plastic up to 6' x 10'.
Thermo forming is an effective process to
manipulate the plastic by heating, bending , vacuum forming or drape
forming.
A complete bending room is available for
production runs of all sizes and parameters. Experienced and knowledgeable
personnel are capable of bending a wide variety of thermoplastic
materials.
